Just Co-Pilot Working With An Unauthorised Celebrant To Deliver Your Wedding
Want your friend, your parent, your uncle, or someone else to officiate at your wedding but they don't have the authority to "make it legal?"
Your chosen person can do this with the help of an authorised celebrant who ensures the legal elements are included. The end result is a ceremony delivered by the one you want, with the help of an authorised celebrant to achieve the legal bits.
In the old days this was called a "tandem wedding" but in the new millennium, it's called "co-piloting."
Just Wed has done this many times and can help you achieve your dream by being the pilot working with your chosen "co-pilot". The co-pilot can deliver much of the ceremony (much as they often take a major role in flying an aircraft), with the pilot (the authorised celebrant) taking care of the legal elements which can be woven seamlessly into your ceremony.
INCLUSIONS:
Lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage, to kickstart the process.
A planning meeting (online or in person) to sight ID and marriage eligibility paperwork, and explain how the authorised celebrant works with the co-pilot.
Contact with the co-pilot to ensure the legal elements are incorporated into the service.
Providing the legal elements at the wedding ceremony delivered in your chosen location in the presence of two witnesses, including the marriage paperwork.*
Travel to your chosen venue for the Ceremony (*for locations outside Dubbo ask about travel fees).
Registration of the marriage with NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages.
NOT INCLUDED - BUT CAN BE ORDERED ON REQUEST:
Just Wed can order a registered marriage certificate for you if desired - current cost price is $68. Alternatively, couples can order this themselves.
