This ceremony is literally, as the name suggests, a "say 'n sign" event that takes place around a table, kitchen bench, at a restaurant or other location, in the presence of just two witnesses. There's no fancy entrance to music, huge wedding party, readings, rituals or anything else that makes weddings a huge spectacle. It's quick, simple, without fuss, and super-fast.

  • A planning meeting (online or in person) to sight ID and marriage eligibility paperwork, and explain the service.
  • A "say 'n sign" wedding ceremony delivered in your chosen location in the presence of two witnesses.*
  • If desired, a ring exchange can included in the ceremony as you say your legal wedding vows.
  • ​Travel to your chosen venue for the Ceremony (*for locations outside Dubbo ask about travel fees).
  • Conducting your "say 'n sign" ceremony on the day.
  • ​Registration of the marriage with NSW Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages.
