The Just Visa Wed package is designed for people who have a partner coming in from overseas on a Prospective Spouse Visa to get married in Australia. Certain paperwork is required from a celebrant, including a confirmed booking, as part of the visa application process.

INCLUSIONS:
- Lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage to confirm the booking.
- Comprehensive letter of support including proposed wedding details, timeframes and Marriage Act paperwork requirements.
- A detailed planning meeting online to sight ID for the Australian-based party, marriage eligibility paperwork, and work out what will happen in your wedding and if an interpreter is needed.
- Referral to migration agent (if requested).
- A second meeting will be required to complete the process when the partner arrives in Australia.
- A short (five-minute) legals-only wedding ceremony delivered in your chosen location, working with an interpreter if needed (if the foreign party does not understand/speak English fluently.) The length of the ceremony can be increased to that of a Registry Office/Courthouse wedding if desired. *
- Legal wedding vows and (if desired) a ring exchange included in the ceremony.
- Travel to your chosen venue for the Ceremony (*for locations outside Dubbo, ask about our travel fees).
- Conducting your ceremony on the day.
- Registration of the marriage.
